Our Approach:

We focus on highly motivated individuals seeking professionalism, operational efficiency, and a desire to take ownership of their success. While we offer limited free advice, we’re passionate about empowering clients who are eager to partner with us to put in the work themselves.


You have two choices when contacting us: time or value-based.

  • 1 hour consult:
    • Solve a specific problem, get a general industry overview, whatever. Requires no preparation on our part
    • $100
  • Half day consultation
    • about 4 hours, including research, presentation preparation, and meeting with you
    • $400
  • Full day consultation:
    • 8 hours, including research, presentation preparation, and meeting with you
    • $600

Value-based: Come to us with a concrete goal and tell us how much it’s worth it to you for you to realize that. If we agree to it, you’ll pay nothing beyond your retainer deposit until we prove effective. You MUST fill out the discovery document to be considered for this.

Payment Terms:

  • We require a 50% deposit upfront to confirm and secure our services. You will be provided with a clear contract that includes deliverables, due dates, and more.
  • The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the consultation or as agreed upon in the contract.
